Mrs. Elise Gould, 86, of Résidence Myosotis, Cocagne, NB and formerly of Memramcook East passed away at her residence on Friday, March 23, 2001 after a lengthy illness.

Born in Port Elgin, NB, she was the daughter of the late Jaddus and the late Marguerite McGraw. She was a housewife and attended Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes Roman Catholic Church.

She is survived by two daughters, Marie-May (Bob Cormier), Rachel (Alonzo LeBlanc), both of Memramcook East; four sons, Hector (Kathy) Gould, Charles (Diane) Gould, both of Stoney-Creek, Ont., Vital (Joanne) Gould of Memramcook East, Laurie (Coco) (Gloria) Gould of Breau Creek; two sisters, Obéline (Ernest Léger), Dorothy (Laurie Vautour), both of Hamilton, Ont.; 12 grandchildren, two great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Hector Gould (1974), and brothers Alphée, Eddie, Alex, Denis.

Remains are resting at Dupuis Funeral Home with the Funeral Mass to be held at the Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes Roman Catholic Church, Memramcook East on Monday, March 26, 2001, with Father Ulysse LeBlanc officiating. Interment in the Parish cemetery.
